I'm an easy girl. As I packed up to go home, Nin came.
We went out for dinner. As I walked her back to class,
I ran into two other friends. We talked for twenty minutes and
arranged to go to Ayutthaya this weekend. Before parting,
one of them said that we could get together sometime to do other stuff.
I said we could do it then. Half an hour later, I found myself in a karaoke box at MBK.
It was my first time singing karaoke. I always know I'm terrible so I never went to one before.
I turned out to be quite good. We started with easy listening.
They were making a lot of noise next door and we wondered if they left the door open.
We could hear them singing all these great songs. We envied them at first and thought
we were given a different set of song books. Once we got warmed up,
two hours passed by like no time at all. Toward the end we were all dancing and yelling rock music.
The next room got tired and settled with achy-breaky heart songs.
It was really good fun. I might do it again with the same bunch.

ฉันเป็นผู้หญิงใจง่าย ขณะที่ฉันกำลังเก็บของเตรียมกลับบ้าน น้องนินเข้ามา
แล้วเราก็ไปทานข้าวเย็นด้วยกัน หลังจากนั้นฉันก็เดินไปส่งน้องนินที่ห้องเรียน
แล้วบังเอิญเจอเพื่อนอีก 2 คน เราคุยกันอยู่ 20 นาที แล้วก็นัดกันว่าจะไปเที่ยวอยุธยาด้วยกันเสาร์-อาทิตย์นี้
ก่อนที่จะแยกจากกัน เขาพูดว่าไว้วันหลังไปเที่ยวที่อื่นด้วยกันอีก ฉันจึงเสนอว่าวันนี้เลยเป็นงัย
ไม่ต้องรอวันหลังหรอก ครึ่งชั่วโมงหลังจากนั้น เราก็ไปนั่งจุมปุ๊กอยู่ในห้องคาราโอเกะที่มาบุญครอง
นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันไปร้องคาราโอเกะ ฉันรู้ตัวดีว่าฉันร้องเพลงได้ห่วยแตกมาก
ฉันจึงไม่เคยไปเลยสักครั้ง แต่ฉันกลับร้องใช้ได้เหมือนกันนะ ตอนแรกเราก็ร้องเพลงเบาๆ ก่อน
ห้องข้างๆ เสียงดังมาก สงสัยจะเปิดประตูห้องทิ้งไว้ เราได้ยินเขาร้องเพลงมันๆ หลายเพลง
น่าอิจฉาพวกเขามาก เราเริ่มสงสัยว่าเราได้สมุดเพลงคนละชุดหรือเปล่า แต่พอเราอุ่นเครื่องเสร็จแล้ว
เวลาสองชั่วโมงก็ผ่านไปไวเหมือนโกหก ช่วงหลังเราเริ่มมัน ลุกขึ้นเต้นแล้วก็แหกปากร้องเพลงร็อค ห้องข้างๆ
เริ่มเหนี่อยและร้องเพลงอกหักแทน สนุกมากเลยค่ะ ฉันอาจจะไปอีกกับกลุ่มเดิมที่แหละ
