I worked on my new library all day.
I spent a few hours looking through my old photos.
It was great fun when you spend your afternoon thinking about your past.
My friends and I looked so great together and I'm sorry that
I do not get to see many of them anymore.
It's funny how people walk into your life n and one day take a French leave.

ฉันจัดห้องหนังสือฉันทั้งวัน ฉันนั่งดูรูปเก่าๆ ของฉันอยู่ตั้งนาน
มันเป็นช่วงเวลาที่มีความสุขมากที่ได้นั่งดูรูปแล้วหวนนึกถึงเหตุการในอดีต
ฉันกับเพื่อนดูมีความสุขมาก และฉันก็เสียใจที่ไม่ได้พบกับเพื่อนหลายๆ
คนอีก มันแปลกดีนะที่มีคนเข้ามาในชีวิตเราแล้วันหนึ่งก็จากไปโดยไม่ได้ล่ำลา

I'm very proud of my new library.
I always dream that my house must have a room,
which I turn into a library. Walls are hidden behind bookshelves.
This one is nothing like my dream. It's just a study room I moved my desktop there.
I've got two big gigantic bookshelves and a writing desk.
In my bedroom right now I've got my entertainment kit,
food cargo and a sofa bed. That's my paradise even though I'll be spending most of my time in my study.

Tom and Kath called and we got together for the evening.
They are shopping for an apartment.
I helped them call around and a few places sounded so good that
I started thinking how nice it would be to get my own place.
But I'm quite comfortable at home and it's close enough to work.
I can't think of a good reason to move out except when
I go to work in Rangsit or move in with someone and that's not gonna happen anytime soon.

ทอมกับแคธโทรมา แล้วเราก็ออกมาเจอกันตอนเย็น เขากำลังชอปปิ้งหาอพาร์ตเมนท์
ฉันช่วยเขาโทรศัทพ์ไปที่ต่างๆ บางแห่งฟังดูดีมากจนฉันนึกอยากจะมีอพาร์ตเมนท์ของตัวเองบ้าง
แต่ฉันก็อยู่บ้านสบายดี ใกล้ที่ทำงานด้วย ไม่มีเหตุผลอะไรที่ฉันจะย้ายไปอยู่คนเดียวข้างนอก
ยกเว้นตอนที่ฉันต้องย้ายไปทำงานที่รังสิต หรือย้ายไปอยู่กับใครสักคน ซึ่งคงจะไม่ใช่อนาคตอันใกล้นี้หรอก

I made another resolution today. This one is harder to keep than the no-meat pledge.
I'll try to read only one book at a time-or maybe two.
I'm greedy and usually read about five books at the same time and end up finishing none of them.
When I do finish them, it's all in the same week. My friends didn't believe me.
I don't believe myself but I'll try my best.

ฉันมีโครงการใหม่อีกแล้วหล่ะ อันนี้ยากกว่าการไม่กินเนื้อเสียอีก ฉันจะพยายามอ่านหนังสือทีละเล่ม
หรืออาจจะสองเล่มก็ได้ ฉันเป็นคนโลภมากและชอบอ่านหนังสือพร้อมๆ กัน ห้าเล่ม แล้วอ่านไม่จบสักเล่ม
แต่พออ่านจบก็จบในอาทิตย์เดียวกัน เพื่อน ๆ ฉันไม่เชื่อว่าฉันจะทำได้ ฉันยังไม่เชื่อตัวเองเลย แต่ก็จะพยายามทำให้ดีที่สุด
