I lost my shoes!! I didn't know how
I managed to but I did. I didn't
leave them in front of a temple
or anything. it's my talent.
It can't be a skill since it's very
natural for me to do this.
Skills need practice, but I'm
perfectly good at it without
any practice. Let me tell you
how I got the talent to do this.

ฉันทำรองเท้าหาย ฉันไม่รู้เหมือนกันว่าทำได้อย่างไรแต่ก็
ทำสำเร็จแล้ว ฉันไม่ได้ไปถอดไว้หน้าศาลาวัดหรอกนะ
มันเป็นพรสวรรค์ของฉันเอง มันไม่เป็นทักษะอะไรหรอก
เพราะว่าฉันทำได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติมาก และถ้าเป็น
ทักษะจริงฉันคงต้องใช้เวลาฝึกฝนนาน แต่ฉันเก่งเองโดย
ไม่ต้องซ้อม ฉันจะบอกเธอให้ก็ได้ว่าฉันมีพรสวรรค์ทำได้
อย่างไร

I went to play badminton with
some people from work at the
navy's sport club near Ta Chang.
After exercising, we had something
to eat and I went back to work in
my work-out outfit. I always have
a dilemma of whether or not I should
go home in my gym clothes since
they are quite comfortable.
After a while I decided to change
back into my working clothes.
I kept working until 8 o' clock.
As I packed up to go home,
I looked for my high-heels. You
would feel strange too to find that
your shoes are missing. How could
this be? I tried to think of the last time
I saw/ wore them. I recalled taking
them off in the locker room and
changing into runners. There I left them.
I don't think they are still there though
so I didn't make an effort to go back
to get them. This was quite funny though
because shoes are not something you
can lose easily but I managed to do
it and didn't realize that I lost them
until 3 hours later.

ฉันไปเล่นแบดมินตัน ที่คอร์ทของราชนาวีแถวท่าช้างกับ
เพื่อนๆ ที่ทำงานมา หลังจากออกกำลังกายแล้ว เราไป
ทานข้าว แล้วฉันกลับไปทำงานอีก ในชุดออกกำลังกายนี่
แหละ ฉันลังเลอยุ่เสมอว่าจะใส่ชุดพละกลับบ้านเลยดี
ไหม เพราะว่ามันใส่สบายดี สักพักฉันจึงตัดสินใจเปลี่ยน
เสื้อผ้ามาใส่ชุดทำงานเหมือนเดิม ฉันทำงานต่อจนกระทั่ง
สองทุ่ม พอฉันเก็บของเตรียมกลับบ้าน ฉันหารองเท้าส้น
สูงไม่เจอ เธอก็คงประหลาดใจเหมือนกันถ้าอยู่ๆ รองเท้า
เธอเกิดหายขึ้นมา มันเป็นไปได้อย่างไร ฉันพยายามนึก
ว่าฉันเห็นหรือสวมใส่มันครั้งสุดท้ายเมื่อไหร่ ฉันจำได้ว่า
ฉันถอดมันไว้ในห้องเปลี่ยนเสื้อ ก่อนที่จะเปลี่ยนเป็น
รองเท้าผ้าใบ ฉันทิ้งมันไว้ที่นั่นเอง ฉันไม่คิดว่ามันจะยังอยู่
หรอกนะ ฉันเลยไม่กระเสือกกระสนจะกลับไปเอา มัน
ตลกมากเลย เพราะว่ารองเท้าไม่ใช่ของที่จะหายกันได้
ง่ายๆ แต่ฉันก็สา-มา-รถ ทำได้แล้ว และฉันไม่รู้สึกตัวเลย
จนกระทั่งเวลาได้ล่วงเลยไปสามชั่วโมง

for gifted people like me? Well,
you might not find it funny because
this didn't happen to you. If it did,
you wouldn't laugh though.
