Resume or curriculum vitae (CV) is the same. It forms part of your job application. This resume we will be looking at is much different from the ones we have seen. It is an art resume.
If you apply for a job of a graphic designer or photographer, the layout of your resume is more important than the information on it. I cannot train you to be 'arty'. So, we will only go over the content of the resume.

Experience:
I finished at the Academy of Music in Katowice in 1991. From
1990 to December 2002 I was a soloist in the 'Camerate Silesia'
chamber choir in Katowice, Poland.
I regularly participated in the prestigious Warsaw Autumn Contemporary
Music Festival, and the Wratislavia Cantans Festival. I appeared
many times in the Polish Radio Concert Hall in Warsaw, as well
as abroad.
I have in my repatoir both a'capela as well as vocal and instrumental works
from the renaissance to the present day. In the Warsaw music festival,
I performed Anton Webern's Cantatas with the Sinfonia Varsovia
under Ed Spanjard (1995), and Witold Lutostanski's trois poems
d'Henri Michaux with the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra
(1996). In 1999, I performed with Luciano Berio's Sinfonia. In
the same year I performed with the Camerata Silesia, I also sang
in the famous Gewandhaus in Lipzig and Taiwan. In 2000 the ensemble
gave a series of concerts at the EXPO in Hanover.
I have made thirteen records with Camerata Silesia, the last one with Emma
Kirkby from the concerts in Poland. Concerts included were, G
G Gorczycki's Completorium and J S Bach's Kantata's Nach dir,
herr verlanget mich BWV150.
I was involved in Milcotaj Zielenski's offertoria et communiones,
which won a nomination for the Fryderyk 1996 'Record of the Year
Award' in Studio Magazine. This piece is a fine example of early
Polish music, such as Barttomiej Pekiel's Missa Pulcherrima (1997).
Hobbies:
Painting and Singing.

This CV or resume has all of the important details such as contact details. Gustav is a singer, so he has to state his voice, alto-a high male voice.
Singers have different job description and working hours than other jobs. It is best to state your public performances or displays. The exhibition or show might be only one day or even an hour long, but that is a significant time in an artist's career.
The text organization is not as explicit as other resumes we looked at. The chances are the perspective employer will only scan it for names such as 'Wratislavia Cantans Festival, Camerata Silesia, and Ed Spanjard. To highlight these names is to suggest that the reader is not competent, and in this particular resume, it would be too much. He obviously has an impressive experience.
I do not recommend you copy this resume since in the field of art it is impossible to. This resume is presented as an example of what can be done. Generally, it is also not a good idea if you would follow this pattern for your job application.
